General Terms

Mistri Nine is a home repair and maintenance service provider platform. All services are performed by trained and verified technicians. By booking a service, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Service Scope

The service will only cover the work clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Final scope of work may be confirmed after on-site inspection (if required). Any additional work or material requirement will be charged separately.

Pricing Policy

All prices shown are estimated and may vary based on site conditions. Final pricing depends on the complexity of work and material requirements. No hidden charges will be applied. All costs will be informed in advance.

Payment Terms

Payment may be collected before starting or after completion of work, depending on the service type.
Accepted payment methods include Cash, UPI, and Online Transfer.
Advance payment may be required for high-value or special services.
100% advance payment is required for material purchases.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be informed at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit.
If the technician has already been dispatched, a visit charge may apply.
On-site cancellations will be chargeable as a visit fee.

Warranty / Service Guarantee

Limited warranty may apply depending on the type of service. Warranty applies only to workmanship and not to materials (unless specified). Damage caused by misuse, wear & tear, or external factors is not covered under warranty.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide proper access to the work area.
Electricity and water supply should be available at the site.
Customers are responsible for removing valuable or fragile items from the work area.

Liability Disclaimer

Mistri Nine is not responsible for pre-existing structural, plumbing, or electrical issues.
Additional charges may apply if hidden issues are discovered during work.
The company holds limited liability in case of accidental damage during service.

Technician Policy

All technicians are background-verified and professionally trained.
Direct payments or private arrangements between customer and technician are not allowed.

Service Delays

Service may be delayed due to traffic, weather conditions, or emergency situations.
Customers will be informed in advance in case of any delay or rescheduling.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided once the service has been completed.
Advance payments are refundable only in valid cancellation cases as per policy.

Right to Refuse Service

Mistri Nine reserves the right to refuse or cancel service in unsafe working conditions or in case of customer misbehavior.
